About the role

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and action trackers.
• Coordinate between technical teams, business teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, progress reports, and follow-up actions.
• Track deliverables and clarify ownership across the team.
• Identify scope changes, delays, risks, and blockers early.
• Manage client communication related to project updates and operational coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Support resource planning and internal team coordination.
• Escalate blockers and propose practical solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable learning and using different tools for planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in B2B or B2G environments.
• Comfortable working with technical teams.
• Able to manage pressure while keeping communication clear and professional.
